The planned area totals 39.7 square kilometers, including 23.4 square kilometers of usable land (sea area) and 1.2 kilometers oicoastline. Currently, the park has utilized 1484 mu of land (sea area). As of the end of 2022, 69 industrial enterprises have been putinto operation in the park, which covers highend equipment manufacturing, new building materials, electronic informationfurniture manufacturing and other industries. There are 94 four top' enterprises (28 industrial enterprises above specific scale, llservice industry enterprises above designated size, and 55 restricted trade enterprises), 27 high tech enterprises, 159technology based small and medium sized enterprises, and 5 foreign-funded enterprises. In 2022, the park achieved a totalindustriaoutput value of RMB 2.4 billion and public finance and tax revenue of RMB 179 million.

The development and construction of the park has begun to take shape.Sixty seven projects such as toner of Tangshan CaofeidianHengling Technology Co, Ltd, shield machine remanufacturing of China Railway 16th Bureau Group Co, Ltd, packaging oieigh Mardon, and environmental protection eouipment of Yingherui have been put into operation. Thirty nine proiects includingsteel structure processing and shield machine remanufacturing of Beijing Municipal Construction Group Co, Ltd, Haitaiphotovoltaic project, and special purpose vehicle of Huanda and are under construction. The trade service industry has developerapidly, with more than 260 newly registered enterprises, and with a trade volume of 13 billion Yuan in 2022.
